Help: Snakes Grab pose over a diffrent character

I'm trying to put Snake's grab pose on Boy Alloy. But the animation of the player being grabbed is wrong.
Then I tried to copy and paste PSA commands for the Grab sub actions, but it didn't work.

Here's a pic to show what I mean.


Left: Wrong
Right: Correct

Does anyone know this could be fixed?
