Help setting up online tournament signup w/payment

I'm making this thread here because it seemed like the most approapriate place to do so.

My name is Logan Holt, and I want to host a tournament for Brawl for my senior project. One problem I'm having is that I don't know how to set up an online registration that includes payment. Can anyone help me out, please?
