Help regerding the Smashing CD

So Guys I have a question regarding the CD. I live in the UK and I was just wondering about how to get it, do I have to register the 3ds version right now or wait till I get both versions and register them simultaneously. Any help would be highly appreciated

Is the offer even available for the UK? Regardless, you can register your games now. You just have to do it before January 15th.
