Help Recovering from my Moronic Humanity: Accidentally Removed a bin file in PM 3.6b

I was an idiot and in attempt to remove a brawl custom stage, I removed a bin file and now PM doesn't work. The file in question would be in the directory:
E:\private\wii\app\RSBE\st\ and then here you will find a bin file. Can anyone send a mediafire link or something to help me receive this file? Again, my moronic and ridiculous apologies. Thanks.
