Help Putting a Character Over Another

So I am trying to put Knuckles over Jigglypuff in the latest version of Project M with this (you have to scroll down a little bit to see which one I am talking about):

I've put all the .pac and .psc in the purin folder and when I started the game, Jigglypuff looked all deformed and whenever I tried to use any moves, my Wii would freeze and do that moaning sound.

I'm using Riivolution 1.04 if that helps, can anyone help me out?

I'm new here so if this is in the wrong place or I did something wrong, please tell me and I will remedy the situation.

I'm not very good with texture and moveset hacks in general so if someone could give a link or something on how to do it on Project M in general I'd greatly appreciate it.

The knuckles PSA needs to be Project M compatible. Normal brawl PSAs will never work with P:M.

You need to comb the vault pretty carefully. I know of my project, which is in my sig, and I know of a Roy one, which I can send to you. If you search something with the keyword Project M on kcmm you should get something. Good luck, that place is a rat's nest.

I intended on adding those two characters, so yes I would like those very much thank you.
Yeah, I did see a Diddy P:M PSA but it was just a re-texture. Ever since I saw Knuckles and Scott Pilgrim available for regular brawl I wanted to add them to P:M but it seems that won't be an option. Edit: Still haven't gotten quoting exactly right yet. Double Edit: There we go.
