I have one month to practice before a Brawl melee and PM tournament who should my mains be. (Who is the fastest character to master in pm who will perform wellin a tournament) Its going to have adept players and the prize money is $600

For a tournament of that caliber I don't think you'll be able to "master" a character in just a month and win the tournament. However for Brawl Metaknight is generally considered the best, for Melee Marth is usually a pretty good choice, and for PM you could try out Marth as well. His PM form is very similar to his Melee form so that will cut your training time down as you can focus on one character to meet the deadline.
