Help on making the perfect pkm (ev training)

I spend a few hours to make my team, i need help!!! I want a charizard with good speed and sp.attck but i don't know how, i have diamond and i have been training and no charizard is good so far to update to my wii. I heard of ev training but i dont get it that much. Well i do sort of but the poke come out with really high stats on what i want and really cheap stats on the rest. I would also like an electrivive with high attack and speed i have one in lv100 but it's attack is 275 and speed 216, uh sometimes I wish my poke were faster, the only one that came out really good was my salamace.

The best way to EV train a Charizard is to train it with Haunter, Gengar, Golduck, Roselia and Gloom. Give it a Macho Brace or a Power Lens to raise the EVs.

Doesn't everyone know? You put a pokemon in the Breeding Center, get the Acro Bike, go to a slope and hold up , I really doesn't raise EVs, if you have a second GBA/SP, you can make EV Bases meaning you make a whole team of EV'd pokemon, mix records and find their base with the pokemon that you want to EV. Really, if you have Emerald, use the cloning glitch to get clone some Alakazams at level 15 and their only attack is teleport, HA! Then , just mix records.

Yeah, thats what I do, lol. Except it gets easier:
Attack: Shiftry lvl 14 w/ only growth
Defense: Golem lvl 25 w/ only harden
Sp.Attack: Beautifly lvl 10 w/ only string shot
Sp.Defense: Dustox lvl 10 w/ only string shot
Speed: Raichu lvl 3 w/ only growl (if you get it from FR/LG)

I've used this for my ninjask, slaking, metagross, milotic, gengar, and many more to come. With the secret base refreshing "trick", you can fully EV anyone within an hour. Just keep remixing records. It is flawless if you have the right stuff (two GBAs, a link cable, and a couple different pkmn versions).

Im confused, also I wanted a strong absol, i did raise one but he d and special d was low.
