Help, new and with PAL Wii. I don't know how to install

Please can somebody tell me what do I have to do to install Project M Demo 3.02 (or the latest)? My Spanish PAL Wii has version 4.3E and it hasn't been hacked before.
What do I need to do without too much problems? How many SD cards do I need to buy (and sizes)? Do I have to get a NTSC ISO of Brawl? Do I have to Softmod my Wii? Please help me!

Wii PAL v.4.3E (Spanish Wii bought in 2006)
I own an original CD copy of Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
I've never hacked my Wii before.
I don't know how to run the latest version of Project M on PAL Wii.

You're going to need to hack your Wii and install the Homebrew channel, as well as find an NTSC copy of the game and an 8GB or higher flashdrive or HDD.

How can I install the Homebrew Channel on my Wii? I have a NTSC ISO copy of Brawl.
I need to know if for the Homebrew Channel I will need 1 SD Card and for the NTSC ISO of Brawl another SD Card.

You need just one SD card that's 2GB or less. And if you have a physical copy of an NTSC Brawl disc, then that's fine because you won't need the flashdrive or HDD then.

I'm not sure if people are allowed to discuss how to actually hack a Wii, since it's pretty much "illegal" and what not, but to get the Homebrew channel just find a Letterbomb tutorial on Google or YouTube, there's literally hundreds of them, and it's incredibly easy to install, there's only 2 or 3 steps involved.
