[Help Needed] Editing character SFX?

So, I'm using Project M Unbound, and I replace the included Lucina with the newer version found here. I cannot, however, get the correct sound effects to work, instead getting Marth's. I tried to redirect the SFX using PSA, but the program doesn't work with this character. All I want to know is if there is some way to do this using BrawlBox or some other program. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I have most of the SFX working, but I need help redirecting Low Voice Clips and KO sound effects.

So uuuuuh about this PSA mod... I can't get it to work. It always says it can't find the correct files... which are in my folder. Might someone point me to how to solve this problem? I wanna see if this PSA mod will help fix some issues I've been having previously as well.
Download the original Project Smash Attacks and place the new exe in the same folder as the old one.

Also; does anyone happen to know where KO sound effects are located? They're the only ones I've been unable to change.

I did that last night at first and it still said all the files were missing. Is there a certain version of Project Smash Attacks I should be using. I have 2.70(?) and 1.something.

Also you can't change KO sounds in PSA. You have to use BrawlBox or a Hex editor and change em by manually finding the Hex ID of the sound effect and changing it to whatever you want... You can't have multiple ones as of yet either. It can only call one per character.... I've been trying desperately to find a way around this... (Alt reasons)

I'm using 2.35. Here's a download of all the files, including the mod.

As for Hex Editing, I know the basics, and I know that I have to edit the MiscData[0] in the FitFighter.Pac, but is there an easy way to locate the line(s) that I'd need to edit? I need to edit the KO and Star KO sound effects.

And one more thing: the Unbound PSA with working sound effects calls Low Voice Clips (Various random voice clips from a character) and gets Lucina's, when I call Low Voice Clips on the new version I get Marth's. Is there a way to change what Low Voice Clips, and (I'm assuming it takes Hex Editing here) where would I find where I change those.

I completely forgot to reply to this like... forever ago. So sorry! But ummm I'm not entirely sure how to change clips by hex editing. But I know for the low voice clips, you could instead make a subroutine and have the sounds for Lucina called that way...? It's what I've done for pretty much all my Melee vfx changes.
