help? (MW circuit)

so i'd love to hold a tourney for the MW circuit, i think i have one of the best central locations, being about 7 - 8 hours from darkrain, cloes to the ST. louis crew, 6 - 7 hours from Ohio, Michigan, and virtually everywhere else...

the probly being, i don't really have a crew. i can't host and set up one of these by myself... is anyone willing to help me run/set up one of these?

Viperboy, I'd definitly be willing to help you run an event I have experience running a bunch of tourneys down at Rolla.

If you want my help we chat at the eureka tourney your on the 10th.

Dude, you know I'll help out with that ****. I don't know exactly what you'd want anyone else to do, but I can yell pretty loud. That might be somewhat useful..

lol, i need help more of getting set ups here and set up, getting tables set up around the building with power strip bars available, etc...

i'll start looking into a venue that can hold 60+ ppl and has housing available.

whoever is gonna help would probably need to stay at my place that thursday evening or get here friday early morning...

Well I would suggest either early August, early September, or early October. But other than that I'm not sure. I'm waiting on my council comrades thoughts of which venues when. If you get a venue that is willing than a date will be more determinable.

If the tournament happens after school starts then I can definitly come down thursday to do some gruntwork. Untill August 24th i'll be at my internship. After that tho I'm basically free every thursday evening to monday evening.
