Help me customize my Wii U Pro Controller

I seriously need help figuring out exactly how to go about this. I am looking to spray paint my controller and while i've been researching for a while, I still don't feel that confident. I saw a guide on how to customize a gamecube controller, but i'm now sure how much of that is applicable to the half shiny black half flat black pro controller. Please Help! Also, I would probably have more peace if you pointed me to someone who is really good for instructions and tips, but you helping is good too.

P.S. I'm sorry if this isn't a good spot to put this plea. I'm not too used to the idea of threads and forums and all that ish, but i'll be glad to learn. Right after you tell me what i need to buy, do, and how.

Most things should apply to your controller all those tutorials will apply even if they are not for the same controller I'd recommend watching gamecube controller tutorials because the same paint will bond to both plastics, also hello brotha mario it's a me Luigi
