Help: Looking for hex code to inject into GCT - Disable Item spawns

Working on a custom build and I really miss this feature from the netplay build.
I attempted to add a code I found on geckocodes but that didn't work.
Also dug through the netplay gct with an editor and didn't see anything specific.
Any help or direction would be appreciated.
