help for an emulator nub

hi there. i always used to love ssb64 and was a "level 3 - part 2 smasher" as you wud probably put it, but sometime i lost the game and then didnt play for years... now i got this emulator thing and i love it. however, i dont have a controller (yet) and play with my keyboard. im already used to it and beginning to learn z cancel and short hops. but is there any chance i can use tilt up a with my keyboard? it seems to me its only possible to smash up a :-/ thx for your help

do a shorthop with up button and keep it pressed, then stay on the ground and press a to utilt...

The only way to do tilts on command is to press the direction while you're doing another attack. For example, if you want to do dair into utilt as Fox, you press up as your down air is hitting the opponent.

Taking your original cartridge, connecting it to your computer, then dumping the files.

I assumed since he was asking the question, he was going to download the rom illegally. Dumping the rom file is legal.

And pretty much 98% of us do.

I know I wouldn't be playing SSB if I didn't have a console to play it on. Online doesn't do the game justice.

Lets give a few examples to show

If you have US SSB 64, you can play US SSB 64 online (Legal)

If you have Japanese SSB 64, You can Play Japanese SSB 64 Online (It is Not Illegal)

If you have Japanese SSB 64, You cannot play US SSB 64 Online (It is Illegal) (And Vice-versa)

Please show me a passage from a law book or something if you think your right

Since many people like to use the "Nintendo posted it so it doesn't count" line, is there anything from some laws or anything I can use for this? I'm not a lawyer.

Might as well make people admit they are doing something illegal. Trying to put it off as though it's not is not a very good thing. Just admit it.
