Help for a rookie falco main

Okay so I am a newcomer melee Falco main, and I'm still trying to learn the basics of the game. I'm trying to figure out how to do a firebird ledge stall.

 

[Lucrid]

-> on the control stick lets go of the ledge then Up-B really quickly, and you hover just aside the ledge, and you should grab it.

Basically just let go of the ledge and jump right up to it or just up b and you should do it. Another thing people do is run off, shine turnaround and then jump out of the shine to the firebird ledgestall. Just take it in steps.
