Help editing title screen (black bg)

Hi....... (i dunno what to say......., i'm new in the boards, first post?) i'm trying to edit the title screen to get a white bg only
I deleted all the objects on title_bg and got what i wanted, but wrong color, i got a black bg instead of a white one.
What i have to edit to change the bg color?
