Help editing Brawl Icon in CSS

Whenever I try to alter the file MenSelchrPanelRule3.1 (which is the icon you change to go from free for all to team) located in MiscData[30]/Textures/MenSelchrPanelRule3.1, I get an error from Brawlbox telling me "Index was outside the bounds of the array". I was wondering if anyone could help direct me to a solution to this.

Fixed the problem, I changed the image format to C14 (instead of C18 which is what it defaulted to) when importing with Brawlbox.
