Help creating custom netplay build

So what Happens if I want to make a custom version of the netplay build on anther's ladder. I want to put in my own soundtrack and give it to my friends and or share my version with the community. However however the music in my music is locked, so I cant change the listen ratio of the music. Is there any way for me to replace their locks with custom locks. That way I can have the music's listen ratio the way I want it, but it still be locked because of netplay purposes.
