Hi, I need the PAL version of the common3.pac file.
Dunno if this is the right place for this thread, but yeah. If anyone has the file, please send it to me. Thanks in advance.

That's just the NTSC-U data partition. Most NTSC files such as PSAs, the sounds file and the common files do not work in PAL.

I haven't made a backup of my Brawl so I can't help. Sorry...
