Is my computer good enough to run it?
Dolphin is free, so you can just try to find out. Most modern computers should be capable.

How does debug mode work? https://i.imgur.com/cNuUS5O.png

Can you help me with modding?

How do I play on a Wii U?
The process is the same as hackless, however, it is recommended to keep the SD removed from the system until you launch Wii mode. To use a GC controller, see this https://github.com/wilm0x42/wii-gc-adapter-inject

Troubleshooting steps for common issues

Dolphin issues:
Look over the guide and make sure you followed every step correctly. https://smashladder.com/help/netplay-guides Ensure the default ISO is set correctly, as described in that guide. There are also troubleshooting guides for desyncs and controller setup on that page, if you need them. If Dolphin runs fine offline, but stutters online, the issue is likely with your internet, and/or your opponents internet. If possible, an ethernet (or powerline) connection should be used for best results.

The most commonly missed step for dolphin is setting your brawl.iso ad default.
please note: it is against the rules to link people to ISO's on these forums, so if that is your issue please dont ask here .
Try google.

Hackless issues:
The Stage Builder method doesn't work with SDHC cards (>2GB), however there is this method https://redd.it/2119co.
You can also homebrew. If you're in a PAL region (e.g. Europe, Australia), hackless will not work, you'll have to homebrew.
Having a GameCube memory card inserted can cause the Stage Builder method to fail.
Make sure the contents of the unzipped folder are on the top level (root) of your SD card. the 'nohomebrew' or 'homebrew' folder should not be on your SD card. Ensure your SD card isn't locked.

Homebrew/USB loading doesn't work:
If you used a guide, make sure you followed every step correctly.
Ocarina cheats should be enabled, and hooktype should be set to axNextframe.

Legacy TE/XP Issues
FOr the most part they shouyld be set up similar to Project M. However if you have issues you'd likely have better luck seeking help from their discord servers. http://smashbroslegacy.com/faq.html
