well my friend plays y.link and i always have a hard time killing him. hes just hard for me anyone here that can tell me how to be beter against y.link i usaly try to get him to be open but i cant any advice

you know what to do
SHFFL a bunch, try and out range his projectiles, grab-to-combo a lot, try and keep up with his speed(i.e. wave, SHFFL's), and mindgame. Nair him off the edge as an edgegaurd, that's your best thing to do when he's recovering.
Don't let him start up a combo, Young Link can combo Link pretty well wit: sideB->bomb->nair->nair->d-smash
