Help against sheik

My friend grabwhores and it seems there's nothing I can do with CF's slow tech. His spot-dodge is so bad even I know the grab is coming, he has enough time to grab a second time while I'm still in the ending animation. I tried jabbing, but if he spaces well grab outranges jab. When he gets a grab off, it's at least 50% more damage through tech chasing. Tips?

Dont be obvious with your techs.....switch em up...falcon can also grab sheik...through good tech chasing and punishing(d-air....raptor boost) u should be able to combo him just as well as him to u.....also...if spot dodge is the problen...nair him...

Just try to avoid that duke-it-out style of fighting with Shiek. You shouldn't be in your shield that close to her. If you have to shield something then just try to jump and DI away or roll away. No question Sheik wins if she can constantly grab you and it's hard to avoid, just don't play that game.

I tend to play really defensively against Sheik when I play Falcon, waiting for any opening I can to get off a combo.

I hate slow playing.
