Help Against Ness

I'm having trouble doing anything against Ness. PK fire is really annoying and I can't get out of it. Down throw combos into all of his stupid aerials.
What should I do against this character?

PK fire shouldn't be a problem, you can DI out of it pretty easily, or if you don't wanna do that crouch cancel it and spam B down and a shine should come out if they try to grab (don't recomend this just DI out lol) But I don't know this matchup too well as far getting in and such.
