Hi Smash Community!

I just joined this forum, and I've also been playing a lot of Smash for the 3DS lately. I've been playing Smash since the 64 days, although it was mostly just with the computers and a few friends and family. But, with the the 3DS, I've really enjoyed playing For Glory 1v1 and testing out my skills against others (and, apparently testing my skills against lag sometimes....). It's a lot of fun (usually).

Since I'm also new, I see there's a lot of information on the forum, and, well, there's a LOT of information. And I'm not quite sure how to navigate it, or if it's even well organized. I guess I could provide examples (e.g., I was poking through the Robin match-ups page, and it seemed super-haphazard, with a bunch of posts out of order about minimal details of certain match-ups). If I want to learn something about a character, what's the best way to go about doing that? And I mean finding information, not what I normally do, which is just play the character.

Welcome! It's nice that people can finally test themselves to the rest of the world over Wifi (Brawl doesn't count, as the netcode for that game was terribad). You still get the odd laggy game, but that's usually due to someone having a poor connection, it happens sadly.

Yeah, it can be a bit daunting at first, there's alot of forums, sub forums etc. But once you've poked around a bit, you'll know how to find what you're looking for. If you want info on characters, you can either look at the character specific forums (Here), or you could take a look in the guides section (Here).
