Hello, new to melee :)

Hello there! I just started trying to learn and get into melee and I am really looking forward to gaining knowledge. As of the making of this post, I actually have not even received my controller yet, its in transit, but I am very eager to practice all the tech this game has to offer.

I have played brawl and smash 4 very casually with my family and usually on a very high input lag tv. For a while I have enjoyed the game, but those two just don't come close to the speed and complexity of melee. I very much enjoy a challenge and competition. I've been reading countless guides over the past few days, and I have a big hill ahead of me.

At the moment I am primarily interested in practicing alone or online, I am in San Diego if anyone is interested - mainly just for good ping :D
