Hello i'm new ^.^

Hello everyone i'm new here i'v always wanted to join the smashboards and i finally decided too. I am a decent smash player who just now is starting to understand like all the fundamentals. I really wanna get to know other smashers so when the new smash bros game out i'll have people to play with practice with and get tips from. I really do wanna jump to the competitive scene when the new Smash bros comes out i wanna start going for tournaments and try to make a name for myself in the Smash community. I mostly though wanna contribute to this community and try to meet alot of friends that i can play smash with or maybe even see at tournaments and what not. I have a couple hobbies where as i like to go to the beach, hang outdoors, watch anime, and of course play smash bros. I am 18 years old and my names Marcel so nice to meet all of you and hope i get to become good friends with alot of you.(a bit long sorry just excited while writing this)

Are there any characters that you're most excited to try out in the new Smash?

I really wanna try out megaman just to see if he can play sorta like link when it comes to projectiles. LIke we know he as the crash bomber , the metal blade, his jab and his long range side smash. I just want to know if he can play somewhat like link in that aspect. How about you tho? Any characters you excited about?

Well, I've always stayed within certain franchises for character selections since Melee, so I'll probably be sticking to that alongside certain newcomer additions like Shulk, assuming he's in the game.

At the moment though: Robin, Ike, Bowser, and Rosalina

I see knowing how boss Bowser is just from the gameplay showen at comic con as far as i can see he's going to be a major threat this time around. As for rosalina she has some amazing hitboxes as far as i can see, tho Ike i dont see playing any differently he defintatly gets points on his new character design looking like a true smasher, and robin i think is just gonna dominate if used right.

I personally am hyped for Little Mac, I've always wanted him in, and I won my first round ever playing the game at Best Buy with him. It was sudden death with Rosalina & Luma, as soon as the timer started I zoomed towards her and sent her flying off Wily's Castle.

Wouldn't be surprised to see the design for an alt costume (same for the others getting their HW designs), as far as the moveset though, I doubt it. As long as he gets revamped, that's all that matters to me at the end of the day.

The recovery is definitely a problem, but as long as you stay on the ground you'll be fine. The only two times I died were from me trying to hit opponents in the air. His attacks are powerhouses, I managed to get the Yellow Devil quite easily.

Guess little mac has his pro's and cons. We just gonna have to wait for the game to come to get to a real good look at his playstyle.

hey marcel, i just saw your post in the thread i made. We live a little to far away to have the occasional meet up for training and friendlies (im in lake forest). But i just made my facebook to join the smash groups. Im 99% sure im going to mayhem this saturday but for any future events you can add my facebook so we can know if we both happen to go to one and play matches at the event.

Ight will do hope to see u at one of the future tournaments :D
