Hello fellow players.
I come to Smash Boards from an area with a non-existent scene.
That shall not stop me though.

About me:
Name: Michael
Main: the adorable Pikachu
Reason why I'm here: I haven't played the game (except casually) in years, but I always keep my eye on the scene through podcasts, watching tournaments and livestreams.
But Axe's run through EVO 2014 with Pikachu inspired me to pick the controller back up and learn the game.
I'm a bit late to the game, but better now rather than never.

Outside of Smash, I work for a living, play my 3DS, and can be found on steam regularly.
Looking forward to get to know the community and hopefully find a circle close to home since Waco is a ghost town for this game.

I could talk about Axe's EVO 2014 performance forever. Especially the 4-Stock against Silent Wolf in under a minute (I was running around the house when I saw that). Hype. Just like how the boards are at the moment waiting for the character reveal.

I finally found a video of it on Youtube this morning.
Was so glad I could watch it again.
