I have been playing Melee casually for about 2 years now and now I'm not getting much of a challenge from playing with my friends.

I don't really have a main character yet (due to house rules "random character" and "random stage"), this being said I will probably be looking to play Ice Climbers, Peach, Fox and Dr. Mario.

I fully expect to get destroyed but I am looking forward to an opportunity to improve.

Well the rule came about because we had one guy who was way better than the rest of us with captain falcon and would play him every round and kick our asses. So we decided that no one could choose character haha.

Ha, that's pretty funny. Unless he ended up getting Captain Falcon as his random character

Unless you all just restarted the match if he ended up getting him.

Well if it was random he was allowed to play. also you only got to play each character once even if you got them on random again
