I'm a pretty noobish smash player and I'm struggling with against my friend who mains marth. I always find myself being juggled. I fall too slow and my DI seems insignificant.

Any tips?

I don't have a lot of technical skill. I can wave-dash, but not effectively enough to apply it to a fight. :\

My first tip to you would be to learn the basics of luigi. Go to Pakman's thread and ask for general help there, or you can search the thread and most of the problems you are having will most likely have been addressed allready :)
