He could make it, guys. Sure, he's not beloved as Marth, Roy, Ike, and maybe lyn are, but There's a chance that A) Sakurai just thinks he's a cool character, and as the only axe wielder in brawl he could very original moveset. or B) Not many people have considered him, (I used the search function, found no topics with Hector in the title, unless there's a thread with nothing but FE character suggestions) and he could be just WTF enough (I mean, he's not too big of an FE character, but large enough to be considered. He wouldn't just be another FE sword wielder. An Axe lends itself to a very different moveset, such as being able to throw it like boomerang, and only use fist attacks while it's away. I haven't put too much thought into a moveset, but any would be appreciated ( I will eventually make one if no one else has). He would more than likely be a heavy character, but I could see him being a balanced character as well. I just wanted to him out there for people to consider if he hasn't been already. Also, if a Hector thread is already there (and not dead), please redirect me to it and lock this.

He's from 6 and 7, and he is one of the series' most well-known and loved characters. Certainly moreso than Roy and Marth, SSB fanbase aside (no one really likes them that much as far as Fire Emblem fans go)

I can't help but lol when people talk about Fire Emblem around here, sometimes. I'm a big FE nerd <_<

Thank you for that. I've only had a chance to play through the US FE's, so I wouldn't know that. You know more about him than me, so I would appreciate if your help in making a moveset.

More so than Marth? Roy maybe, but definitely not Marth. Lyn is far more popular on a worldwide scale, it was her lack of popularity in Japan that caused her to get AT. Hector might be more popular in Japan, but I can't see him getting in over several other FE lords that still have a chance. Marth especially, and the (IMO) more likely than previously thought Micaiah.

Hm. Didn't know that either. Man, I'm learning a lot about FE today. ;)
