I am currently working on a guide for Zero Suit Samus and just wanted to give the heads up first. The reason I'm doing this is because I want people to have a chance to point out anything that they think should be included before I post it. Please post any techniques or combos you consider useful here and I will do my best to get them all in.

As for combo's, I don't really think there are any real "natural" combo's that you can put in there, so just go ahead and put in some general stuff. Technique wise, incorporate some of the stuff from the recovery thread (totally plugging my own topic) and various spacing techniques. I'm just assuming you're pro with ZSS so I'm not going into much detail on it. Post it up here when you're done and I'm sure a few of us would be happy to read through it and point stuff out.

I just wanted to mention Air Stalls and Wavebouncing. Just 'cuz I like them, even though I don't doubt that you didn't think of them first.
And also, when you hang on a ledge and hit down then down b immediately, you can easily get back on the stage. As far as I can tell, it can't hit anyone, but it's a good mind game if you use it once in a while.

Actually Rui I've hit and killed a good number of people with that move. It's a great killer against Marth around 90%.

but yeah you definitely need to add wavebouncing into your guide, feel free to use my thread about the ftilt as well, and if you need any help making this please pm me, I'll love to help.

Some things I've seen that no one has really talked about here: The range of nair (which I think is very underrated as a move), and the ability of Plasma Whip to poke shields. If I think of anything else, I'll mention it.

When people say wavebouncing I get the "bounce" part, but where's the wave(people missing wavedash too much maybe)?
Other than that try talking about attack properties(how they hit, down b stuff, the whip, the stun gun, etc), and remember to include other info(while giving credit where it's due) that may have been discovered recently(it's nice to have most info in one place).

Really? I can't seem to even get her leg out, do you have to mash the button as fast as you can to pull the hit off? Or is there something I'm missing? It's possible that because I hit down first, I'm a little too close to the ground, but I don't think that's it.

Oh yeah, I've poked through shields with her forward special several times before. It kind of surprises me every time, but I want to learn how to use that efficiently. Do you know the distance or timing or whatever at which it goes through shields? That would be awesome to know.

Oh, and one thing I just remembered that you should definitely put in your guide: glide throwing. It's amazing with her suit parts.

I appreciate your help as well as everyone elses.

As far as the guide goes I have been going pretty slow with it but it should be up by late tomorrow night. I have been trying to find a secondary character that works well with Zamus by beating the characters that Zamus tends to have trouble with. It took me some time but I have pretty much settled on DeDeDe as a secondary, so now I'm back to work on the guide.

Again I appreciate all your support.
