Header spike

hi everyone, i need some help to nail some more header spikes. i find it hard to hit with so i usually go with dair for spiking options and i am mildly successful i suppose, but the header is where it's at. any tips on how to use it more properly?

Use the reverse one. As in, use Side B so that your back hits them instead of your front, ball tossing side.
