I hear lots of people complain about HD TV'S and lag but I never cared all that much until now. Here's my situation:
I practice at home with a 19' 720p HD TV and I have gotten very comfortable playing on it. I feel that I can L-Cancel and preform my tech skill much more better on my HD TV
But when my club meets we play on a CRT and my performance is poor. I usually miss 20% of my L-Cancels when I play on a CRT, but only miss about >5% of my L-Cancels when I play at home with my HD TV.
So I guess what I'm asking is: does my poor performance on CRTs have to do with me spending all my time practicing on an HD TV that lags and have frame difference that I have gotten accustomed to? And if thats the case, should I just buy a used CRT and start practicing on their before it's too late? Or is there anyway I can play on my HD TV without any lag?
