Having trouble with Falco D-air getting up from ledge

When I get back to ledge, I try to mix up my get up approaches. Whenever I ledgehop fair, I often get daired off the edge. What can I do to combat this edge guarding technique?

Also, what do I do against Shorthop backair when i get up from ledge?

Create respect at the ledge. Learn to Shino stall and getting onto the stage carrying over invinsibility. That means letting go as soon as you can after grabbing the ledge, double jumping and either doing an aerial or wave landing onto stage asap, literally.
Once you can do these then they will have to stay back and let you get back to the stage for free or else they will be beaten at anything they throw out.
