having trouble with dolphin

So I am trying to use dolphin to play melee/brawl/pm and i am running into tons of problems. on dolphin 4.0-652 for melee my AR codes section is completely empty, and same thing for brawl. I don't even know how to start to get project M so any help you guys could offer i would be grateful to accept.

Here is a complete guide to putting PM on Dolphin. If you can put PM on Dolphin, then Brawl and Melee are essentially done too.

Note that if you want to play Brawl (offline) don't play it on the Netplay version of dolphin play it on 4.02 or a developer build. The reason for that is you can't have a save file and it wont save new characters on the Netplay branch. For Melee (offline) I would only play that on the Netplay version as you wont have a save file but the global netplay setting AR code will give you all the characters, whereas you'd have to unlock all of them on 4.02 or a developer version.
