Having trouble Shffling on melee on dolphin because of analog stick sensitivity, please help!

So i recently got my gamecube adapter to work on dolphin to play melee, im a falcon main so shffling is important, i noticed how the analog stick is much less sensitive for the emulation i dont notice any lag on the c stick or any other buttons but i have to press to hard left or right in order to sprint and too far up to short hop, is there any way to change the sensitivity, i tried going into controller config and setting the range lower but it does not make a difference
