Having probs with Mario

So I play a Mario on a regular basis and I was wondering if anyone on the Olimar boards could tell me how to get past his n-air? It out prioritizes EVERY attack that Olimar has that involves using pikmin. When I say out prioritize I don't mean that it necessarily beats Olimar's attack, but it "clanks?" with the pikmin and stops Olimar's attack, then the n-air stays out there and hits Olimar anyway.

So far these are Olimar's attacks that get negated by Mario's n-air:
U-smash
F-smash
U-air
F-air
D-air
B-air
N-air
Pikmin toss

Does anyone know a good way around this? I keep getting destroyed by Mario because now he just approaches with n-air and I cant do anything to stop it.

Run back from it a little and pivot grab.

Shield through it and utilt (or whatever) as soon as it's done.

pikmin have little to no priority and his nair is a long lasting hitbox, so yes it goes through all those

try uptilt to get through it, or just pivot grab it
uptilt has great priority, and if it can beat wario's, fox's, and peach's dair, it should beat mario's nair

i also think it beats luigi's nair, gotta test

edit: oli's nair should go through, as they are clanking, the multi hit of nair should beat it out

And you have N-aired my U-air and broken my pikmin's face with your foot, so I don't know what you are talking about.

I'm 99% positive that Olimar's U-air goes through Mario's N-air. All the Olimars I was forced to fight on WiFi showed that.

It might have to do with the specific pikmin, but I know Olimar broke through it.

If Olimar's upair beats Luigi's nair, then Mario's won't go through it either.

Also it loses to Ike's dair...

It might only be the first half of it though.

Edit: Also, Zelda's sweet spotted dair will fry the pikmin. It's hilarious.
