Having Problems With PM on Dolphin

I've been trying to get PM working on Dolphin 4.0.652 and for some reason, whenever I build the iso it just refuses to give me a correct md5 code, and it reads a DVDlowread whenever used with Dolphin. After looking at the logs in the emulator I saw this line-
Src\HW\EXI_DeviceIPL.cpp:284 N[OSREPORT]: File Read (DVD): Read Failed(/system/common5.pac)
I should also mention that I cannot download the winrar from the PM website without having problems, I always get a corrupted winrar and end up having to repair it.
I am following the guide made by user Y-L (can't post a link because this is my first post here).
I would appreciate any sort of help here because I really want to get into this game and since you can't play online on the Wii anymore this is my only other alternative.

That error usually correlates to a problem with the PM files when building.

First make sure you get those PM files, the homebrew full set. If after downloading the file size of the .zip file is 351,519 kb then it's probably not corrupted. If it's less, than it probably is corrupted. Not sure why that's happening to you but make sure your internet connection isn't cutting out on you.

Next make sure that you remember to take RSBE01.gct from the codes folder in the homebrew full set and place it in the builder folder.

I'm fairly certain the cause of your issue is because of the corrupted files you're using though..
