Having difficulty downloading Custom Textures

I know this probably may seem silly to most of you, but I suck with computers so bear with me. I am trying to download textures for Project M, in this case stages (I'd like to know how to use Custom Music and Character textures for future reference)... can someone please help me, if it isn't too much trouble?

It's relatively easy. I was once like you, having trouble at adding that stuff. But all you have to do is put them in their respective folders. Examples: If I wanted to have a Dragonite skin for Charizard, I'd go to the pf fighter file, then pokelizardon, then replace the files for Charizard. Same goes for stages and music, except they go in different folders.
