Haven't played since 3.0 how do I get back into it?

Hi guys my name is Jack and I live in socal and play frequently in melee tournaments but just started getting back into PM. When I left in 3.0 I mained Fox and Falco (who i also play in melee) and playing on 3.6 feels different to me for some reason. What should I know about the fox/falco changes since 3.0 and how do I start practicing them on PM again?

I like the 'just play it' approach.

Have a good session getting your movement down, without opponents.
after that, just play whoever you can.

Take a look at the change logs if you like, or just get used to how something feels.
