A Pika that chooses a stage with a walk-off (like Bridge of Eldin, or 75m), spams B til you come, and then B-throws for the kill. I'm asking this because do you really think it's a noobish tactic? Actually my Bowser lost at 75m with the camping Pika.

Note: I chose Bowser at the time, but because of this, I have dropped my 2nd fave char (Bowser), but i might bring him back later.

However, Thats another reason y i had to pick up Pit in the first place: To take out Projectile spammers/campers.
What would you guys suggest for me since I got that problem with a certain Pika? Should I try to use Bowser again, or continue using Pit and never bring Bowser again? I mean I really love Bowser, but I think I'm better off just using Pit. I need opinions.
75m is a banned stage anyways, so it shouldnt count, right?
EDIT: 777th post... Im nervous now.

I guess you're right. I shouldnt be mad since they are banned stages. I'll continue to use Bowser, as a secondary, and keep Pit on top should this ever happen against against someone else.

really especially 75m, just wait an take your time. if they want to camp camp back. come in, use like fire to damage them, back off, and let time run out. and yeah both stages are banned. and yeah it is very noobish. thoughn i will admit on a walkoff i hang around near the edge for that chance.

It's VERY noobish. Is that *** on your friend list I want to show him how a MANLY Pikachu plays.

P.S.: 75m is a VERY good stage for Pikachu. Thunder goes PAST the ceiling sometimes and there are platforms EVERYWHERE that the jolt can travel on.

hey admiral bowser, there was some good debate on this issue with small sided stages and giving characters advantages etc you should check it out...

that should be it. but yeah it is cheap a little but, but not noobish, its part of the game. as to bowser issue, i like playing pit but for different reasons - to overcome the notion that you have to be spammy to play him, so if thats the reason you dropped bowser i would say pick him up again, since he is definitely a force to be reckoned with :)

Ok here's the thing.
I did use fire breath, but it didnt reach him. Even if I tried to, one of his little electric jolts would hit me, keeping me from doing it. Also, my mistake was trying an Fsmash or F-tilt in attempts to kill him. I also didnt move back.
I tried taking him out quickly so I can save replays, so I can find some1 who can record, then give it back to me on AIM... trying to make a Combo vid, but got no recording materials. Working on a Pit combo vid and i need help with recording and all. Bowser goes next.

And yes that noob is still on my friend list. Note that he has a big bro who uses "Razer" as his tag. Beware of Annoying snake and G&W, and he's usin Pit because of my influence (me pwning him a lot), but he isnt a noob like the Pika player. The noob also uses TL, MK, and Yoshi, but you should be able to beat him. I did 3-stock and 2-stock him a lot of times, with Pit of course, even though I could with Bowser too, but Im focusing on that Pit combo vid.
Actually, the only time he beaten me was this 75m camping incident. Very noobish.

Wait, I think I have an idea. Doesn't Bowser's Up+B have Super Armor frames? Can you try using that to get through?

Up-B should have superframes since it does help escape chaingrabs should an opponent do it too slow. He would most likely shield the attack and grab. Superframes are at the very beginning of the move, small time like Pit's Mirror Shield Super frames (on ground only).

ok one option with bowser, as i play him myself, is to land between one of the tjolts while holding down and keep doing a dtilt, cancelling all of his jolts.............just a thought....

A short hopped fire breath should do the trick. Try playing with a timer too so once you're up a stock he's forced to approach.

this could be easily solved by not aproaching staying on the other side and taunting...until he decides to move in and spam b...

Simple solution.......stand back and wait for him to come to you. Its really not that hard, both levels are huge, you should never travel to a camper. Just wait for them to get tired of camping and stop to come for you, thats when you fight normally

Pressure a camper. Just stay within fighting range and voila it's not really camping anymore. It's simply defensive projectiles, and everyone has good counters to that. If you continue to get hit by their counter attacks it's still not fair to call them a camper just because you can't get past it...

Plus, if someone's truly camping, they shouldn't ever get tired of it o=.

Well, he's afraid of my Pit a lot, and even tries to use cheap broken MK against me, and yet fails with him.
Actually, i could beat him with Bowser by a longshot, but I just hate certain stages, like 75m, where Bowser has a hard time moving around due to his size.
Trust me, Im like at my best at FD, but then again, almost everyone is good there.
And if I cant call him a camper, I can still call him a Spammer since they are 2 different things.

I tried usin F-tilt to cancel the jolts, bad timing. BTW the part where he was camping was at the right spot, under the high one and is in between so its also hard for Bowser to get in there, while Pika Jolts away.
