Smash 3DS Has this game slowed down for anyone else since the update?

Since the most recent update dropped my game takes longer to do things like, save mii fighters and customs, veiw my friend list in With Friends, and connect to the Nintendo Network... Well not the connecting itself, it connects and then hangs on that screen for a little while... Happening to anyone else? Is there a fix?
