Smash Wii U Has the Error Code glitch been fixed?

It's unrelated to Smash entirely. If you've had your system for any period of time and it hasn't happened, don't be paranoid of it happening.

It just so happens that when a major console-selling game gets played by a lot of people, more and more people encounter a rare issue.

To add on to this, i've heard this was blown the hell out of proportion by IGN and their nintendo-hating ways (Too much water, anyone?)

They hate nintendo sooo much to the point where they awarded them the title of having the best e3 this year.

Anyways, as far as I know, it won't brick your Wii U, it won't even break the game it occurs on. The bricking was purely because people started reformatting their Wii U's, which screwed everything up.

I've got the error code before on Sm4sh, but it was most likely because I had played NSM3DW literally all day beforehand and my Wii U was probably running on fumes. It worked just fine the next day.

I only got that error code once, then I updated to 5.3.2 and it hasn't happened since

(Seriously, IGN complained about OR and AS having too much water. They're islands. Are you seriously?)
