Um.. I think it's 1.0.8 update I guess? 1.0.9 isn't a balance patch.

Down tilt improved, it has 2 less frames of startup, 3 less frames of ending lag, and increased reach.

yeah this video is more like a gag because of the ending where i kill jigglypuff with 1 hit ;)
