Has anyone used PLAY-ASIA's Gamecube to Wiimote adapters? How are they for input?

Since I can't post links yet, I'm talking about one of these things:

How well are they for latency? Is there any major lag? How do games recognize the controller, as a Classic or as a Gamecube through some sorcery?

I think you'd be better off getting a HORI Battle Pad if you can, because that's one less control conversion you have to go through - therefore less lag.

I don't have this exact product, though, so those who do will be able to give better input. This is my experience with control converters, though.

I just got one recently. The shoulder buttons are digital - much nicer than the GC controller for this game. The Control stick is a bit more sensitive than what I'm used to but I'm sure that will change with time. In terms of longetivity....I might not be the one to ask since I JUST got it. Hori makes quality stuff though, it's definitely not MadKatz.

I mainly got it so I can play with others without using the GamePad. I usually use my Pro controller and let those who are used to the GC have the HORI.

Converters tend to be pretty unreliable. I'm mainly saying I'd trust an actual controller over dealing with one of these things.

I got the 4-controller one in the mail yesterday. It works exactly as intended. I didn't notice any lag, and I was doing some sensitive stuff, like running into a bair.
