Has anyone tried this "78-stage" build with an injected ISO?

I inserted Project M into my Brawl ISO and now want to try adding levels to it. Is there a way I can add new levels from Garbagehead4's build into my game?
I haven't gotten the level select method to work (one SD card is too small and the other crashes). Is there a way I can add the files into the ISO itself and just boot the ISO to play everything?
