As in teching off a wall when you hit it while tumbling? Or teching off the ground when your character is spiraling? Thanks in advance

can you tech things like falcon punches and stuff though like in melee or teching utilts away or like when sheik fairs you at 200 percent you tech the ground forward or teching marth's forward smash at 150 percent forward on the ground.
