Has anyone had this problem?

I was attempting to play "With Friends" with a friend I play often. He lives about an hour away from me. Tonight, though, his status was displayed as offline though I knew he was online. On his Wii, I was displayed as offline, despite having made a room and everything.

Has anyone had this happen/know what's going on? It's a bit distressing and more than a bit frustrating.

I think I know what Sakurai would say though. "Sit and wait for your friend to connect. And if it doesn't connect, have a good hearty laugh."

I tried playing again with my friend tonight and we had no trouble. My guess is that it was some NWFC problem.

If a mod wants to delete or lock this go right ahead.
