Has anyone gotten the old purple "GC Adapter for PC" by mayflash to work with win10

all my google search results bring me to official adapter fot wiiu and mayflash wiiu adapter but nothing on this old thing. Mayflash site claims it works with win10 but i cant find any modern drivers or guides.
