Has anyone ever tried using Kontrol Freeks on a GC controller?

I'm not sure if they even fit on a Gamecube controller, but I was wondering if anyone has benefited from them. Usually they are used for precision aiming in games like Call of Duty or Halo; however, maybe it can be used for better tilt execution?

They fit on Wii U Pro Controllers and Gamepads, but I haven't used them myself.

I don't see the use honestly besides for maybe some hypothetical tech that requires a very specific range to be inputted on the control stick which would be difficult without it. In such a case most people would rather just go into the lab and practice it to perfection without the attachment than have an attachment which jeopardizes years of muscle memory.
