Has anyone ever had a bathroom "accident" while playing P:M?

Every morning i have a cup of coffee and play a lil P:M to start off my day. Well this morning,
I almost pooped on my couch cuz the urge hit me so fast. I imagine i didn't notice the little urges leading up to that point because i was so concentrated on the match.

Has this happened to anyone else( I know it has, please share )?
